Sharing your stories
Journalism informs, educates and inspires us. It fosters a sense of community while connecting individuals to larger civic issues.
As a journalist, my goal is to give a voice to those who are not able to share their own stories while shining a light on the issues that matter the most in our community and abroad.
I have spent the past decade producing award-winning multimedia content for Black Press Media. Before that, my byline appeared in publications such as Chatelaine and The Tyee.
Mental Health
Reporting on mental health is crucial for reducing stigma and improving outcomes in our communities. I strive to deliver a compassionate approach that encourages conversations.
